At Me vs Me Fitness, we don’t compare ourselves to others. We don’t want to be someone else, or wish we looked like someone else. We are on our own personal journey to push the boundaries of what we are capable of. We challenge our own way of thinking to find solutions that propel us to becoming the best version of ourselves. We are in control of our path, and we define who we are, pushing to be 1% better each day. Because at the end of the day you are only competing with yourself.

My love for fitness started at a young age where movement, especially lifting, became an outlet for me and a place where I built confidence and felt empowered. I hope to share this passion and experience with others and help them find their “why” for staying healthy.

As a coach, I meet each client where they are at and truly approach things with empathy and perspective. Every body is different and requires a different style of coaching, which is why I focus on motivating my clients with intention and thoughtfulness to create long-term healthy habits.
